Connect CryptoVol to your AI agent

Query calibrated crypto vol in plain English from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any AI agent — via MCP. No API keys to paste, no wrapper code.

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI agents securely connect to external data and tools. Connect the CryptoVol MCP server once, and your agent can pull calibrated vol surfaces, skew, term structure, open interest and flow just by asking — no scripts to fetch, clean, or map our data.

One server works across every MCP-compatible client: Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT and more.

How it works

  1. Add the CryptoVol connector URL to your AI app.
  2. Your agent opens a browser to cryptovol.io; you log in and click Authorize.
  3. Done — your agent can call CryptoVol's tools on your behalf. Your API key and password never reach the AI provider, and you can revoke access anytime from your account.

Usage bills to your account as pay-as-you-go credits (1 request = 1 credit). New accounts start with 5,000 free credits.

What you can ask

The tools

The server exposes read-only tools for the vol index, constant-maturity vol history, realized vol, the raw and fitted vol surface, single-point IV with Greeks, and option open interest — the same data as the REST API, served straight to your agent.
